NISSAN UNVEILS THE Z NISMO 2024

The 2024 Nissan Z NISMO builds on the capabilities of the Z Sport and Performance grades to deliver an exhilarating track-ready experience for enthusiast drivers.

Nissan has just unveiled the all-new Z NISMO. As tradition dictates, this ultimate version of the Japanese sports car is more finely tuned on the technical front. In fact, Nissan described it as \"track-ready,\" which speaks volumes about the model.

After months of rumors and anticipation, we finally know the face and, more importantly, the mechanical improvements of the Nissan Z NISMO. The engineers at Nissan\'s performance division have thoroughly revised everything from the chassis to the suspension and the engine. The body benefits from enhancements that improve the car\'s aerodynamics while giving it a more aggressive look.

A refined appearance

What I have always loved about Nissan and especially about the NISMO division is the careful and tasteful approach to visual improvements. They are both subtle and noticeable. The first thing that catches the eye is the classic red stripe found at the bottom of the side skirt. The front bumper is also slightly different from the regular model, with more pronounced angles at the grille and a sharper nose. On the sides, we can see the gorgeous 19-inch black-painted wheels, complementing the roof, also painted in the same color. There are also small fins in several places, which considerably improve the car\'s aerodynamics.

The 2024 Nissan Z NISMO will be available in 5 different colors: Pearl Diamond Black, Brilliant Silver, Triple Layer Passion Red, Pearl Everest White, and Stealth Gray. The latter color is, in fact, exclusive to the NISMO model.

The changes made to the interior of the car are also of great subtlety and delicacy, significantly enhancing the car\'s style. The central element remains the Recaro seats. As for the rest, the main difference can be seen in the screen system.

A sharper car

Just like the aesthetic improvements, the mechanical enhancements have been carefully and precisely made to provide a good balance. Thus, we are not talking about a more radical car, but its performance is sharper than that of the regular Z.

Thanks to some modifications to the turbochargers, the Nissan Z NISMO boasts a power output of 420 horsepower and 384 pound-feet of torque, which is 20 horsepower and 34 pound-feet of torque more than the regular Z. The Nissan Z NISMO will be exclusively offered with the 9-speed automatic transmission. It also benefits from a new Sport+ driving mode.

The price range and the arrival date on the market of the model should be revealed to us in the coming weeks.
